Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website at aoniq.net and the software, signal analytics and training products (the "Services") offered by AONIQ, Inc., a Colorado corporation ("AONIQ", "we", "us"). By creating an account, subscribing or using the Services you agree to these Terms.

1. The Services

AONIQ provides subscription software and educational content for self-directed traders. The Services provide market data analytics and tools; they do not place trades on your behalf. Any connection to a brokerage account is to your own account, and every order is your own decision.

2. Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate information. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Accounts are for one named individual and may not be shared or resold.

3. Subscriptions and billing

Paid Services are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or as stated at purchase) through our payment processor, Stripe. Your subscription renews automatically until cancelled. We will give at least 30 days’ notice by email of any price change, which takes effect at your next renewal. Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

4. License and acceptable use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services for your own personal trading during your subscription. You may not copy, redistribute, resell, reverse-engineer or scrape the software, signals or content, or use them to build a competing product.

5. Risk disclosure and no investment advice

AONIQ is not a broker-dealer, futures commission merchant, investment adviser or commodity trading advisor. The Services are general, impersonal market information and software tools; nothing in them is a recommendation or solicitation to buy or sell any security, future, option, currency or other instrument, and nothing is tailored to your financial situation.

Trading stocks, futures, options and foreign exchange involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for every person. You may lose more than your initial investment in leveraged products. Only trade with money you can afford to lose. Past performance, whether actual or hypothetical, is not indicative of future results.

Hypothetical or simulated performance results have certain limitations. Unlike an actual performance record, simulated results do not represent actual trading. Since the trades have not been executed, the results may have under- or over-compensated for the impact of certain market factors, such as lack of liquidity. Simulated trading programs in general are designed with the benefit of hindsight. No representation is made that any account will or is likely to achieve profits or losses similar to those shown.

6. Third-party services

The Services may connect to third-party brokers, data providers and platforms. Those services are governed by their own terms, and AONIQ is not responsible for their availability, execution quality or acts.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available". Market data and signals may be delayed, interrupted or inaccurate. To the fullest extent permitted by law, AONIQ disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AONIQ will not be liable for any trading losses or for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages. AONIQ’s total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid to AONIQ in the three months before the claim arose.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms. You may cancel at any time as described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Colorado.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified by email or on this site before they take effect.
